Ansty has become a yearly tradition for us since we discovered it in 2020 and we always look forward to the yearly ritual of picking some fresh strawberries. The staff are warm and friendly and there is always something fun for the whole family to do. There is a mini climbing frame for the kids and a big picnic tent to relax and grab something to eat after a hard day's work of picking produce.

This is a great farm shop we found on holiday. The cakes are absolutely amazing! And the freshly made bread that we brought to take home was the best! Don't pass the farmshop, it's too good to miss!!

Lovely place for picking strawberries and the likes. They also have maize maze towards the year end which is quite fun especiallywith kids. They also have a tea room. Unfortunately the strawberries went out quickly by the time we visited this year, he picked loads last year. Really friendly staff.

Our experience at the farm shop was confined to having lunch in the cafe - the choice was limited, but the sandwiches and cake were wholesome and delicious, and the coffee was excellent. In addition, the lady serving us was very friendly and made us feel really welcome. It was a thoroughly good experience. I had a look around the shop and although I did not buy anything today, I noted the quality of the goods, many of which were locally sourced. I shall definitely return.

A great place to pick strawberries as on a table top level! Bit mean asking us not to taste one but hey ho! Good undercover tent area where tea and cake and other food is served! Watch out for the entrance- blink and you'll miss it:)

Great place to entertain the kids and pick up some tasty produce. We went twice in the space of a week, the first time to pick fruit (yum) and the second time to do the pirate themed maze in the maize field. There is also a farm shop selling a range of food and drink, a cafe, kids play area, covered picnic tables and plenty of parking. The pick your own is well laid out with a variety of fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, currents, gooseberries and others). Collect a punnet and off you go! Apparently at other times of year there is other veg like pumpkins on offer. The maze is huge! We walked about 2.5km twisting and turning along the way (took 70 mins with several 3-5 year olds). You follow the clues along the well defined paths through the maize field. They give you a map which you don't really need but it does show you how far through you are. Enjoyable for all but take a drink or snack for little ones as it isn't a 5 minute adventure.

Went in for a cuppa and a nose around and glad we did. Lovely cuppa and great cakes,we had the Chelsea cakes(get them warmed up) and they were gorgeous... Well priced and with the added attraction of being able to pick your own fruit.

Lovely little farm with wonderful and kind people offering all sorts of fruits and vegetables. We also had some fresh eggs from the farm shop and lots of fun in the children's play area. Will be returning to this place soon.

We arrived at Ansty Farm Shop today after a 150 mile drive from Essex. We are regular visitors and always drop by for brunch. As usual the staff were friendly and welcoming. My wife and I each enjoyed a tasty sandwich with homemade 5 seeded wholemeal bread, local ham with chutney and cheddar cheese with tomatoes. Other light lunches were available. The drinks menu included freshly made tea, coffees in cups or mugs. Following my sandwich I couldn’t resist an Eccles cake but it was a difficult choice with a large selection of homemade cakes from the bakery on the premises Clive and Jo Penny
