So glad I stopped in here!! Really appreciated the vegetarian options with vegetable/spinach and cheese rolls, vegetarian pies and pasties etc.
Also loved that the savoury rolls weren't very big (and the price reflected that) which is great when you're not very hungry or just want to add a little extra on to something else.
Will definitely stop in again!

Once again Appin Bakery excelled with the birthday cake. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour and buy a fresh cream bun, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent food.
Pies are full of flavour & sausage rolls aren't just a heap of pastry with very little filling.
Pastie was delicious. Very hard to find a Pastie these days.

We went here yesterday and ordered a spinach and cheese roll and sausage roll. The spinach and cheese roll was very Tiny with hardly any spinach inside and just wondering if the recipe for the sausage roll had changed as it did taste very nice and sausage rolls are my normal go to at this bakery please go back to your original recipe the sausage rolls would be so much nicer.

Really good quality food, plenty of fantastic vegetarian options, lovely staff. My only issue is that they often run out of vegetarian pies and pasties if I go in the afternoon.

The Chunky Steak & Pepper pies are the best I've ever had.
It's a pity they don't have a Sydney outlet, so we take any chance we can to drop in to Appin whenever we head south.

I visited Appin bakery today after going for a local bushwalking as I felt like a snack and needed to buy some things for home. I bought a loaf of white bread, two cream buns, large coffee and a fairy cake for 20.70 cents, and I don’t know what they put in the coffee whether it’s the beans or the milk but I really enjoyed the coffee here. Also there was a extensive choice of pies, cakes and various other baked items to choose from. Worth a visit if you are passing through.
