Its been a few years since I was here as I don't get to come to Saltcoats and Ardrossan often enough but the food was as excellent as I remember from before. Large fish supper was excellent, 2 big fishes and lots of chips. I also had a strawberry milkshake which was very good and there's a very good selection including caramel milkshake which I've never seen before but I'll have that next time. Friendly service and good value for money.
I have been a regular customer for many years! From the breakfast rolls to the chippy items to the delicious ice cream there’s something for everybody and I can honestly say I have never had an issue with any these food whatsoever and I’m in daily sometimes 2/3 time a day! The staff are all helpful and friendly.
Recommended by a neighbour and was not surprised. Had to be one of the best fish and chips I have ever eaten.
This place is heaven on earth. Pizza, chippy, ice cream and sweetie shop all under one roof. Really enjoyed it but don't go for the supper unless you are really hungry 😎
Very friendly staff, wonderful & creative ice cream flavours and a very wide selection of old-style candies.
Coffee isn't half bad either. Homemade cannoli were nice but a bit too sweet.
update'...soggy chips today, not nice at all actually fish was overcooked, a little burnt round the edges. not your usual standard....was a... super fast service, ordered special fish supper. ready within 10 mins. really nice food, best in 3 towns by far.
Friendly, cosy cafe. Great prices, great portions. (The chip roll is a massive bowl of chips with a roll on the side!) Easily the best chips in the area! The kids loved the sweets and ice cream too.
Visited there for their ice cream, super nice and staff there were super friendly! In a lovely little town too!

I've been going here to the cafe and chip shop for 47 years and know the owner very very well. A great little cafe,shop and excellent chip shop. Staff are great and love the place. I give it 9.7 out of 10
