It has taken me over a week to find the words that can express how frustrating of an experience I had at this so called “establishment”. I was helped by the egotistical “supervisor” christa, who mentally combated me as if I were a 5 year old. I am enrolled in a doctorate Program at the Texas Christian University, and I’ve earned respect. I know God has some karma coming around, and spoiler, not a modicum of it is good. I would not recommend this starbucks to a homeless puppy during a hurricane, because when it would go inside Christa would yell at it for bringing in water. Shame! Just a shame…

Super duper slow. I placed a pickup prior to leaving my house because I figured it would be ready when I got there…15 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. I’ve also had to sit in the drive thru for 20+ min with a line not even that long..never experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my house so I have to suffer.

The service was very fast however I ordered a vanilla cappuccino paid five bucks and some change and it’s a halfway full I was rushing for work so had no time to to turn around. And to make matters worst it taste horrible. So two stars for fast serv

The lines are long as any Starbucks but they are just slower than other Starbucks I been too where the lines are long but it is steady moving. That is the reason I took one star off. The person taking my order was very sweet and was giving my drink and food was delicious.

Super disappointed they didn’t have a changing station in the restrooms. Needs to be fixed asap. If Starbux knows us moms need coffee then they should know we need a changing station in the restroom. Changed my daughter in the chair which is also unhygienic for the next person who sits there.
