Food was disgusting Red curry was brown full of oil and did not taste right at all, Green Curry didn't taste right and must have been missing a key ingredient and the Pad Thai was tasteless. Have been visiting Hans for 15 years, I tried to contact them but they didn't bother to get back to me. Avoid like the plague $ waste of money

Wasn't the best I've ever had. Service was fine. Noodles were very oily and the fried chicken looked and tasted like it had been pre-cooked and over cooked and then heated up - very dry. My wife wasn't impressed with her dish. Only one prawn apparently in her seafood noodles.

Ordered and paid. After 45 minutes they brought out only three of the entrees. At the 1 hour mark they brought just the rice. At the 1.5 hour mark we got a refund and left. We had ordered entrees and mains for 5 people. Got three entrees and some rice.

Got a BBQ pork fried rice which just tasted like oil and really old roast pork had no BBQ and the green chicken curry was very watery and had no flavour. The whole meal was disgusting and disappointing as I've never had a bad experience with hans cafe chains before but this one was terrible. Wouldn't feed it to my dogs as it's that bad.

Very disappointed with tonights dinner sweet and sour pork normally my favorite but pork was dry and big chunks of raw onion in the sweet and sour sauce ,Beef curry was so oily and not very pleasant and to top it off they forgot our prawn crackers. Will not be back again

Utterly disappointing. Tom Ka Gai was way too sweet but was the best thing out of the lot. Pork buns definitely looked and tasted like they were from a packet. Green curry chicken literally had no flavour and the only flavour to the kuay teow was a burnt flavour. All that for over $60. Do not recommend.

Han's is very wishy-washy. Sometimes great, other times average..but never disgusting. Only gripe is the service. Need to find experienced wait staff.

The best Pho Chicken Noodle soup in town! Well done, and a great relaxed and attentive service by waiters as good as they can :)
