We stopped in for a Saturday lunch and couldn't be happier with the experience. In a lovely little village it kept that charm but still felt modern and sophisticated inside. The menu was impressive, portions weren't huge but that kept the prices sensible without affecting quality. Staff were helpful and attentive. Well worth a visit

What a wonderful and unexpected find! We had dinner and stayed overnight in this lovely pub/restaurant/B&B last week for our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere in the bar was warm, plenty of locals and the dinner was excellent and good value for such delicious dishes. The room was beautifully and tastefully newly decorated with an extremely comfy bed and pillows. The staff were so friendly and helpful / nothing was too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend you stop by as we did.

Excellent is an understatement. Being an ex-chef finding a place where its clear the chefs really understand their ingredients and show them in a simple but truly magnificent way. Presentation, flavours and textures all married beautifully. The service was exceptional by a very young professional team who got it just right, attentive, knowledgeable but not overbearing. Well done Fuzzy duck crew, definitely give you another visit. Oh and I definitely recommend the squid nibble dish to anyone reading this. Divine.

Visited here for a casual (albeit slightly indulgent) lunch due to the good reviews and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful, with really good service and the food was delicious and everything tasted really fresh. Whilst the “quack and chips” (duck leg) was lovely, it was the fish of the day (pan fried sea bream) that was the real star of the show. Would visit again and come for either lunch or dinner.

Popped in for a quick drink and a light bite. I can honestly say the salt and pepper squid was exceptional - cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Plan on visiting again when I haven’t had such a big lunch beforehand.
