Snowflake Lodge Restaurant

We try to make a reservation at Blue Lake Bistro at least twice a month. It doesn't have to be a special occasion, it can be anytime to have a great, relaxing meal, especially by the warm and comforting fireplace in the Winter. During the warmer months, we enjoy sitting out on the deck overlooking the grounds while listening to music. Our favorite server is Heather. Every restaurant should be so lucky to have a Heather! I also host quilting retreats at Snowflake Lodge throughout the year. Rob, Chef Zach, Rocky, Alex, Vernon, and the entire maintenance staff are key for making my retreats so successful. We are so fortunate to have this gem of a resource in our area! Lynn Wilder

My family and I brought some friends to the restaurant a couple of weeks ago. We had the loaded fries for our appetizer. The appetizer was amazing. The shaved prime rib on the fries was perfect! We all ordered the same dinner. We had the dry-aged pork chop (2 inches thick!), with the best tasting garlic whipped potatoes, broccolini on a bed of arugula. The best part? My wife was able to bring a bottle of wine from home to the table. No corking fee! Awesome! Well done!
