Fazoli's

I am NOT related too or even know anyone who works here. I go through drive through about once a week. There are a lot of places in the area but this is one of my favorite. The food is ALWAYS GREAT and the staff are Always friendly, helpful and efficient. I usually give a review on their site and did not realize it did not show up on Google. So many times people only take the time to complain and I wish that would change. So I want to give a shout out to all the staff that have helped me to date but I will have to start with today because I don't recall all the names. Trinity D was so friendly and efficient tonight. The food was great as usual. Thank you for the perfect place to pick up real food on the way home from work so I don't have to cook.

I generally love this location. However, my recent visit was unfortunate. My pizza was smashed and stuck to the top of its container (no big deal). When I took it out the cheese remained on the container and the pizza broke free. Again, that's not the end of the world, but could have easily been avoided. The worst part, was that my order was supposed to have six bread sticks. As I reached in the bag, preparing to dine upon delicious buttery and garlicky sticks, I pulled out what appeared to be the longest one. As I pulled it out, I realized 80 percent of the stick was invisible. But wait, invisibility isn't real. As the realization set in, my heart sank. I was the victim of a ruse by this normally fine establishment. I had 5 full breadsticks and one that was about 1/6 of a stick. It was almost as if they had ripped off the top of a full one and strategically placed it in the bag as a cruel joke. Outside of one of the workers being a practicing illusionist, I can only assume that this was a malicious act of deceit.
