City Dock Coffee

Cool place which is close to work and the staff is usually always friendly save for 1 person who seems to be an introvert; no big deal. Place would get a better rating from me if I didnt just spend $18.20 for two microwaved egg and microwaved sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches and 2 iced coffees. They weren't specialty drinks just coffee, ice and vanilla syrup. I'm not trying to complain just justifying a 3 star rating for a place I actually enjoy. Otherwise, great spot

I wish I could leave negative stars. This place has staff that are not trained and rude. Not to mention the unspeakable acts they do when closed, like standing on the counters, walking barefoot on places where food is prepped, and doing nasty things to one another. The place is dirty, out dated, and smells badly. I cant stand starblank but would visit there over this place in a heartbeat.

Parking is tricky during busy times. It's on the small side can seem cramped at times. The table with the cream, sugar, honey etc. Is too high. My wife is 5' and has to ask for help with her coffee when there very inconvenient for her. The coffee and food is good I would recommend going during off hours..

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. This was my first time coming here (I went to the one near Cape St. Claire) because I had a gift card and I stopped by early morning before work and I couldn't have been more displeased. I walked in and the 2 girls just looked at me like I walked in at 2am- no good morning or happy smiles. It was also pretty concerning that the girl handed me my coffee without a sleeve on it- burning hot, and then when I asked if I could have one, she told me they are "over there", aka, across the room. Why wouldn't you put the sleeve on the cup and then hand it to the customer? Even if I receive sub-par coffee, I'll still come back if I get great customer service. Here, I got over priced coffee AND awful customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Been a long term loyal customer - probably 20 years if its been here that long, but it's really startng to go downhill. Rug held down with duct tape and bathrooms frequently dirty. We're regular weekend patrons and even though we always enjoyed the local neighborhood feel, it's just starting to feel neglected, rather than campy. Completely different experience from the owners other place downtown in Annapolis - which is great. Bay Hills has always kept our business because the coffee is good, but over the past year, too many cases of poorly made drinks. Today's latte was undrinkable. I have confidence the owners can turn it around, but hurry!
