Judith and Meinte are wonderful hosts. We booked the Queen suite as a treat for my Mum’s birthday and they pulled out all the stops to make it a wonderful experience for them. The room itself is unique and perfectly finished, and all the facilities you need, and perfectly cleaned.
Excellent location and definitely our top choice to stay in Arundel.
A wonderful stay at a beautiful B&B 💙 Despite our late check-in, they took the extra effort to communicate with us, checking that we had arrived safely and had everything we needed. The room was spotless, well-stocked, and the bed was comfortable -- there were also plenty of personal touches to the decor that made our stay feel extra welcoming.
The B&B is just a short walk (2 min) from the castle, and we were provided with plenty of sightseeing recommendations outside of the castle festival.

Stayed here for the weekend and it was absolutely wonderful.
Judith gave us great tips for walks and restaurants in the area and a top tip for a roast dinner on our way home.
The breakfast every day was great and the room was clean and quiet.
Location is second to none, right in the heart of town, a short walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Had a lovely stay here with my boyfriend for the jousting tournament! We had a very nice room and it's very close to everything in Arundel. The couple that runs the place is so very nice and we will definitely stay again when in the area again :)!
Perfect hotel in great location in pretty and interesting town -lots of special touches from the continental breakfast, to Tunnack's tea cakes in the room. Justifies its high rating imo
We booked a room here for our anniversary. Communication was great... My wife had a text saying our room was ready early and gave great advise on best places to park etc. Really friendly welcome. Interior is beautifully designed and decorated. A room was perfect for us and very comfortable. Right in the centre of town so great for exploring. In the morning we had a lovely continental breakfast with home made jams etc. The perfect hosts!! Thanks for a lovely night... We will be back (when we can get a baby sitter!!)
If it were possible to award more than five stars for this family run, boutique B&B, I would do so. We gathered a small group together for a significant birthday and could not have been looked after better. Rooms were scrupulously clean and comfortable and the decor could have come out of a design magazine. For this occasion, balloons were placed on our bed: one is never too old for balloons! The Continental breakfast was excellent. The owners kindly allowed us to use the lounge area to meet for drinks before we set off for a short walk to a local restaurant for dinner. They could not have been more helpful. Be aware that there is no parking on site. The nearest car park is Mill Road, where overnight parking is best described as eccentric. However free, on-street parking is available on Mill Road itself. Availability is better after 5.00 p.m.

Small (but adequate) choice of excellent wines. Cheeses, meats, and pickles were delicious. Breakfast was lovely. Our bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well equipped. We loved the decor throughout too.
The only down-side was the noise from the bedroom above us. I know it's an old place, but the floor boards need work to ensure guests aren't woken up (as we were) by other guests simply moving around their room in the night and early in the morning.
Overall, I couldn't recommend this place and its proprietors highly enough!
We stayed at House Arundel for my sister's wedding at the Town Hall. We're local so wouldn't ever stay in Arundel but we'll certainly be breaking that rule again as House Arundel was truly wonderful. Judith and Meinte could not have been more lovely and helpful. They truly are the perfect hosts - and clearly take so much pride in learning about their guests and genuinely wanting to provide a great experience for everyone. The B&B is gorgeous and the room we stayed in was so lovely decorated, spotlessly clean and THE comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. Breakfast was great, a nice selection of continental and a choice of eggs with delicious (proper) coffee! We will certainly be staying again even though we only live 15 mins down the road :D
We had an amazing stay at house Arundel. We stayed at The Duchess room, which is so lovely, full of details since the wall pictures to the soap! It's a completely newly refurbished room and bathroom, the combination of modern and antique decor makes you feel so welcome, completely different from a hotel environment.
The breakfast was delicious, all fresh and carefully prepared by Judith, one of the owners, she is such sweet person!
Location is excellent, Arundel was a nice surprise.
I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there next time we're around.
