The bar staff were exceptionally friendly, we felt very welcomed. The food was delicious. I went for the pie of the day, which was chicken and chorizo, beautiful pastry with good filling and sauce inside. Vegetables accompanying the pie and mash were cooked nicely. If I was in the area for longer I
Lovely staff in the bar. Great staircase and ballroom with chandeliers. Say Ashley Campbell there. Only thing that spoilt the show was one particular person ordering drinks in the middle of the show! Not respectful. Also the bar door kept banging in the show whilst staff got more drinks etc
I can’t believe I’ve passed this bar and never popped in. Such a great selection of local beers. A fantastic atmosphere and cosy comfortable vibe decor wise. We were served by a very efficient and helpful young lady. Her knowledge of the products was impressive. This place deserves to be very succes
I've been walkibg past here many times and only ever had meal and drink once. I really enjoyed it and the staff are very friendly. I can't remember the last time I had a fish finger sandwich if not at all. The area by the arched entrance is very cool to sit and eat/drink went the weather is warm or
Didn't eat and fantastic range of beers and wine. Marked down slightly as only one person working on the evening we went, not their fault, but they were having to cover at least two bars which led to a wait for service.
Popped in for some drinks as a family. Fast service but the place didn't have a great atmosphere, just felt a bit nothing.
Went for Sunday lunch in the Tap. Swift service. Excellent choice of local ales. I went for the Sussex Gold. Choice of roast. Picked the beef which was perfectly cooked and served with yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, parsnsip, carrots, beans and broccoli to live up to its price tag. Will be going
Relaxing atmosphere, good selection of beers, great service, friendly staff and dog friendly. Will definitely be returning to try out the menu..looked good. All well organised and covid safe.
Great selection of beer with friendly staff, only complaint is the seating was slightly uncomfortable with an awkward table
Nicely done taphouse. Have some great non-traditional beer options. Enjoyable atmosphere!
I went to this restaurant/pub for the first time ever in Arundel with my parents and the pizza along with the fries was so good. The stuff were so friendly and I have given this a solid 10 out of 10 along with 5 stars. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Arundel and to eat some
Great local Arundel beers served here. All bar staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area (and the beers). Also great gin range and they serve food too! Outdoor seating round the back away from the high street for those summer evenings
Visited Tap Room for the first time, a nice welcome from the staff, Jack explained the menu to us and also the amazing selection of beers, staff very attentive and a lovely atmosphere, the food and service was superb, will definitely be going back.
Lovely, friendly service, with a brilliantly wide selection of gins from across Sussex. Roomy with a warm atmosphere - and the sticky toffee pudding was divine. An ideal place to spend a lazy Sunday.
Lovely restaurant. Great vegan options. I had pizza and it was delicious. The staff were really nice and helped us cover from the rain as we were sat outside!
I've given 5 stars here but, I can't vouch for the hotel rooms as I didn't stay unfortunately. This is a really nice place, nice food and great beers in a wonderful old town Arundel.
