An amazing restaurant, staff were polite and really attentive - the perfect place for a romantic date or special meal. The only reason for the 4 star on food is that the menu whilst delicious was quite unusual which was lovely for starters and mains but all our puddings were quite savoury for our liking. Having heard great things about Bluebells, we decided to pop in for an anniversary lunch as just around the corner from work.

After being directed to the old site of Bluebells by an out of date GPS, found this wonderful restaurant on a busy road beyond Ascot. Very nice upscale ambience, with a warm welcome from "John." Seated in the conservatory at a nice table with white linen and plenty of room for the three of us.
Fixed price for two or three courses, with a choice of five starters, five main courses, and five desserts.

Phenomenal birthday Sunday at Bluebells restaurant. Carrot Panna cotta and roast chicken were out of this world. Excellent t service in a sleek fun setting and very fair prices. Cocktails were also fantastic. Well deserving of the Michelin recommendation đđŒ

Impeccable food presentation, The bread is fresh and soft. I especially like the foie gras pate as starter, so smooth and creamy! Every dish is like and art and delicious! Too bad we are so full that didnât try the dessert. Next time must try

Great service and value. Visited for lunch and enjoyed a relaxed meal in really convivial surroundings. The service was superb, attentive but not intrusive. The fixed menu offered a good variety. We opted for the ox cheeks which were superb. Looking forward to a return visit.

Fabulous!!! Affordable, a Mayfair London style restaurant in the middle of Ascot estates. Genius creative dishes with so much flavour and fusion! Not to mention the stunning interior design. Free parking. Great staff. Will 100% be going back. Even though we stayed at a hotel just down the road, sooo worth leaving the hotel for this gem!

The decor is gorgeous too. Loved the amuse-bouchée too, a good touch. Pics speak for themselves to be honest! My lamb was especially delicious. The pineapple tart tatin was beautiful! Well worth the money

A special restaurant, for a special occasion. Attentive and friendly service, excellent food (my son said it was one of the best steaks he's eaten) and a nice atmosphere - though book ahead as it gets busy. The conservatory is the best spot to sit (in our opinion at least). Only drawback is limited parking, so try to be early - and ideally don't bring a large vehicle!

Had a good dinner here. I thought the service was prompt and I enjoyed my food. The starters were a poor start, my gnocchi was disappointing as the sauce didnât taste particularly fresh and the mozzarella balls were cold. The mains and dessert were a lot better. I had the fillet which was cooked as ordered and the whole dish was really tasty I just wish there was a lot more of it, only 3 of the small croquettes and a bit of veg just felt a bit mean! The apricot and praline cake with sorbet was lovely and my wife loved the mix of strawberries and basil in hers, was a great combination.

As a first time visitor, I had a very pleasant lunch at Bluebells. The service was exemplary. The menu is reasonably priced. The salmon and samphire was delicious. The mackerel pate was rather firm. However the presentation was very good.

Update.....I do think they need to sort out the toilets. They let the experience down. I do expect handcrem. They need checking more often as I don't expect toilet rolls and tissues on the floor in a place like this and the lighting is awful in them. It's so pink and hard, you can't check your makeup hasn't smudged etc....I like fun lighting and soft lighting but they haven't got it right. Sorry guys.
But the food and service is still outstanding and I'd still go back again!

We visited Bluebells for a late dinner and were greeted by a small charming building that has plenty of character. A great start. Professionally greeted at the door, we were escorted to our table past other guests and seated. The interior is simple, stylish and tasteful. We really enjoyed the food. The focus seems to be texture and taste. The service is excellent, real passion for what they do rather than pleasantries for the sake of it. Highly recommend.

I went to Bluebells years ago and the food was phenomenal. However on Saturday. I have to say for a high end restaurant and high end prices. The food was not average. I had the roast and it was cold. My sister had beef. Was cold and sent it back. Can't knock the staff and service tho. Who were exceptional. Disappointing food. As I'm a huge foodie.
