The Stag was very welcoming and clean. The food and wine was excellent value for money. The staff were very polite and attentive. Definitely would recommend and will re-visit.
This is a ideal pub/restaurant right in the middle of Ascot. Good menu, something for everyone. Today, enjoyed the Sunday Lunch Menu, really tender roast beef and all the trimmings, the scampi was good, so my husband told me ! Easy parking nearby..definitely a good choice. Staff friendly and helpful..four of us enjoyed our meal.

Our local pub, we come here every weekend without fail!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, the best pub in the area. Staff are always lovely and welcoming. Atmosphere is great and they always have brilliant live music and DJs.
Great visit, group of friends we had day out at races then we stopped for dinner and drinks. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. DJ was great and overall highly recommend

Always a good friendly atmosphere even for a quiet Monday lunchtime. Lovely outside seating on a sunny day. More hectic on race days, but still nice.
What an absolutely lovely pub. This is just what Greene King should be doing across a good few of their others. The Stag is well-run with brilliant staff. The decor is really tasteful with plenty of seating. The food menu is fantastic with especially good burgers. Great range of beers too.
Nice pub. We visited after a walk with the doggo. Staff were happy to let the dog in and even gave her a drink. Would definitely revisit for food, it looked great!

We chanced upon this pub and it was a good find. The service was very good and the barman was really good with advice and recommendations for gins. The pub was busy and service was good. We sat out in the patio area. All facilities were good 👍
