I have used Bennys a couple of times. It's a lovely takeaway that's cheap, friendly and good food. Would use again and would also recommend.
Just had a meal delivered that consisted of a chicken burger and a small Hawaiian pizza. Burger was really good. The salad was crisp and not too much of it, and the pizza was also brilliant. Cheers guys.

Trip out to Ashbourne from uttoxeter last night to Bennys for kebab and a hot & spicy pizza well worth the trip will be calling again lovely
Come on holiday to Derby for a week and was staying in the alley way at lace cottage just 1 min from bennys and when having his food I got to say he does know how to do a mean pizzas chips was nice too. These were to great friendly people and I will miss seeing them, hopefully be Back! �

Kebab was a good size chicken, lamb & Donna meat with salad and sauce of your choice.
Pepperoni pizza was really good the sauce was lovely and tasty with plenty of cheese.
Stopped by here a week ago after a very long drive, the 2 gentlemen in the shop were so lovely. Even my 9 year old son said once we left how kind and fun they were! Food was absolutely 10/10, thank you guys! 😊
Wow what a friendly service. I really liked the way they are treating the customers. He gave me options for pizza and donor customization. The taste is awesome. I missed to take the making video for pizza. You will be surprised. Thank you team for such a warm welcome.
Looked dodgy but do not let that deceive you. The chicken kebab was very nice fresh and cooked perfectly. Fries were also nice, usually in similar places the fries are fried in very old oil and taste bitter, not those, so I was very impressed. Well done guys!
Love a Benny's! Made sure I popped down when in Ashbourne. Lovely to see Madge! It's been open over 35 years, can't be bad! I usually opt for southern fried chicken chips, salad and pink sauce!
We stopped over here after a day's worth of hiking in the Peaks. The pizza was excellent. Oozing with cheese with a deep base. The donner came with plenty of meat and the chips were a great complement.
We ate in the nearby park so it was a perfect dining experience for us given the warm, summer weather.
Don’t normally write reviews but this deserves one, came up from Scotland for a couple days and got a couple of pizzas for dinner and they are hands down the best I’ve tried in a long time. That chicken tikka pizza was unbelievable definitely be back if I’m up this way again
Excellent pizzas, the best in the area, this team works hard, they’re always busy but serving times are very reasonable.
Family Pizzas are very deeply filled and covered in cheese, however many you think you need, take one off! Or have it the next day for breakfast!

Absolutely fantastic! We came in as a large group of 11 starving for food and they not only managed our order without any confusion or mistakes but also prepared the food quickly and accommodated for special requests. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in Ashbourne looking for the best takeaway in town. 🍕

Very friendly staff, always seem happy even when serving the inebriated late at night.
Always has a paper on the counter for those wanting to keep up to date with current affairs.
Pizza, kebabs, burgers & chips. Simple food that’s reasonably priced.
Street parking outside if needed. They also deliver but this can sometimes be a bit of a wait depending on how busy they are.

I've been coming here for about 25 years, back when 'Benny' ran the place almost single handedly.
food is good and tasty, and has stayed consistent over the years. pizza very cheesy, and most times base is nice and crispy.
a firm favourite with the locals, so I'd advise calling up to ask how busy they are and/or order in advance. chicken and chips is always pretty good value (ask about the prawn sauce!).
Hot filling food served quickly. Cash only! Very friendly and helpful staff with a large choice of food to takeaway. No sit in area.
