This was my first visit to this shop, nestled in the histic Market street. The food and drink are nice and the service is excellent. Nice and clean.there is a slight ramp into the shop but wheelchair friendly.big front window, where you can sit and watch the world go by

Very good service; good coffee. A nice lively, busy atmosphere.
(The toilet though left something to be desired: grubby, broken tissue dispenser, tissue on floor and a bit smelly.)

Popped in for my free slice of cake on my Birthday. That's one of the benefits of the Costa app. Cheerful staff at Ashby branch and great coffee and cake! Don't forget every drink purchased collects a "bean" and 8 beans gets you a free coffee of your choice!

Popped in late this afternoon with a friend for a quick coffee and wanted to say that the team were lovely and the service was great
A young chap with a great moustache and 2 lovely young ladies. One of which was a fellow vegan.
We were served quickly and the team were so friendly and chatty.

Also get great coffee here and always a good vibe, real hub of the town. Staff are friendly specially amber who served me , lovely smile polite and looks like she enjoys her job. Very busy place which only says good things in my book. Lovely toasties but just a tad expensive but great place to catch your breath for 10 mins when on the run

Always a joy to visit, great support from all the staff, went out of their way to help my wife & her friend (who was not very confident) - response to thanks "that's what we are here for, always happy to help".
Consistently great since opening over a decade ago [apart from a very few glitches].
