Visited yesterday after the garden centre for a coffee and snack. Very clean and friendly place. For me personally I thought it was a little pricey but im still coming to terms with the current inflation. We had 2 cups of coffee, sausage roll and a cornish pasty. That came to around £16. I have included the menu on the photos. Outside seating available with a little play area for the kids.

A lovely popular place for lunch on a glorious Bank holiday. A queue and fair wait for food to be served were a consequence. Plenty of choice on the menu. Food was fine, staff were polite

Busy Sunday lunchtime at the Peach house restaurant. My wife & I Waited for an indoor table for a number to deliver our food to. The crockery was still present from the prior customer along with a fabric finger plaster which had been left on the tabletop. My wife asked a waitress if the table could be cleaned as the order had now been placed. This was done in a very reluctant fashion with no pleasantries on her behalf and in my opinion an unacceptable customer attitude. The table was cleared with the exception of the fabric plaster which was noticed and left on the table., Another visit from the waitress after our drinks had arrived saw a minimal cursory table wipe, and now having been wrapped in a napkin by myself the plaster was taken away. Undoubtedly the staff member was stressed & busy delivering food during the busy period, and the timely clearing of tables for new customers was too much for her to do on her own. Would suggest to the management that more waiting staff are required at busy periods to improve the service, cleanliness and happiness of all. That said, the restaurant has a nice feel with an excellent menu choice & great food.

This is a lovely place to come for lunch or just a snack. There is a good menu with everything from hot meals to sandwiches and cakes. The food we had took a little while to come as it was really busy but was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and well cooked. Chips were delicious. There's a large seating area bit can get a bit warm as it's under glass.

Absolutely love it here. The food is beautiful even better now most of it is homemade. The staff are friendly. The place could be a little warmer at times but it's a lovely little place to visit. It's very dog friendly too.

We walk our dog regularly at Bignalls Wood and often go for a 'breakfast' at the Peach House. Always very friendly staff and the food is served quickly. And it is very good. Bacon and egg on a bap is great, especially as the bap is always super fresh. We order an extra sausage for the dog as well. My wife fancied Cheese on Toast on our last visit but as it was breakfast time wondered if it could come with some bacon. I asked and a huge plate of cheese on toast appeared with three huge rashers of bacon. Once my bap had gone, my wife shared. As ever, I prefer to eat outside if possible, but there is a large indoor space with a pet friendly space at one end too. Highly recommended.

We went to the Peach Restaurant last week for afternoon tea. We were a group of nine and we really enjoyed it. There was plenty of food, which was tasty and varied and the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. They catered for vegetarians as well. We will definitely go again either in a group or just two of us. Thanks to the people who looked after us We

Visited after spending the day at Calke Abbey, just around the corner. We arrived just as hot food was finishing but the staff kindly allowed us to still order. The chilli was really good as was the hot pork roll. The cake selection is extensive and fantastic. Worth the visit.
