Although we live in the village we haven't used the pub for 16 years!
We walked over last weekend and the food was fresh and very tasty. The plates were stacked high....I couldn't finish mine despite wanting too!

Very nice, spacious pub with friendly staff. Food was excellent, good value, good portions and served timely. I had excellent pint of real ale which was smooth and fresh.
Drove up from Kent to see my 15 year old daughter and we booked for steak night. Food was very good, good atmosphere and the service was excellent.
Great value and the staff very friendly. Worth the trip and would definitely recommend this pub.

Friendly, lovely garden with field views, treats and water for Doggo and he's allowed inside too, bit too early for lunch, but the menu looked good, will come back again post dog walk.
Stayed here for 4 nights whilst working in the area and was more than happy once checked in. Superb room. Clean, comfortable & spacious. Great shower. The bar and restaurant was a real treat after a long day. Great menu & specials selection and every dish I had for dinner was delicious. Great select

It was an overall good experience.
Nice atmosphere. Welcoming and friendly staffs.
Menu was straightforward and well highlighted(no unnecessary dilly dallying).
Food was good. We had the "Roast Sirloin of Beef served pink & Yorkshire Pudding with Roas

Our favourite local place to eat. The food is always great with superb service and atmosphere. On top of this, an excellent choice of well kept beers.
