Mcdonald's

They were super rude my sister thru up and needs to go to the hospital and the supervisor was laughing about it and we went home to eat and the chicken nuggets wasn’t even cooked and hard on the outside and I got a happy meal and they gave me the same stitch toy (I’m a lover of stitch) even tho they had other toys they rudely handed drinks to an elder lady when she was being sweet to him even after she was being rudely treated

Worst experience EVER!!! DO not come to the McDonalds on Claremont ave ashland ohio.....We got 2 happy meals and 1 shamrock shake the shake was ABSOLUTELY disgusting and dis colored and overly minty...the chicken nuggets we're raw and not cooked in the middle and had hair in them ....the cheeseburger was also raw and nasty ...the stitch toys my little sister asked for different ones because she got 2 happy meals and they gave her the exact same....my sister has food poison right now and is puking really bad and has to go to the hospital meanwhile we called the manager and asked for our money back the manager was a male and was extremely rude and also laughed at my sister having food poison....🤬🤬🤬this is extremely uncalled for especially for a manager

As far as McDonald's are concerned, this is the better one. Usually quite fast and friendly. Today when we went, the hamburger looked like it was from a commercial. My picture doesn't really do it justice as I was in my car and in a rush. But I thought that was kind of cool to point out. Someone there takes their job seriously and we appreciate it.

Wow not sure what to say, this store is so screwed up, I get there tell the lady I got 3 mobile orders she tells me u will have to wait and gets everybody behind me orders first, will never eat there again. Terrible service and the mobile app rarely gets the order sent to store. I'd give 0 ⭐ but no to able to.
