Hidden gem fantastic food quality, every single course was delicious

Came here for a meal, food was amazing we had starter and main portion sizes where really good and too full for desert. Steve who was waiting on was really helpful any questions we asked he was there to answer them. Can't wait to return

Wow, why have I not been here before, the food is just up my street. Been twice now at lunchtime, and will be going this evening before the match. Food to die for, menu changes so not sure what will be on tonight, previously had 5 bean ragout for starters (i'm not vegan but just fancied it), it was amazing, then slow cooked brisket of beef with roasted beetroot & pureed carrot, the taste again awesome and quality of beef. Couldn't manage dessert but did manage an Irish coffee. Do try, you get what you pay for, all cooked on site by the family chef, very friendly, with ambiance music. They truly deserve you custom.

Absolutely delicious food at a decent but not cheap price. Seasonal, small menu, 4 starters, 4 mains, and I think 4 desserts. The menu is based on seasonal produce and changes accordingly. It's French based but not exclusively. Good, attentive service. Covid-19 safe now too. One way system for moving around (getting to table, going to loo, etc), disposable paper menus, floor to ceiling see through screens between all the tables, also well spaced out, so felt very safe. Atmosphere is also good as the screens are see through so not too obstructing. A nice cosy feeling to the place still. Thoroughly recommend and we will be back soon. Would be 5 stars if there was a little more choice, especially on the main dishes.

With my partner we went to Market Kitchen, the food were very good, French style cuisine, as French i really like it. Cassie who is French was very friendly and very professional with us and her staff was kind and helpful.
The chef is doing a mix of French gastronomique food with his own style.
I really recommend this place if you want to discover some nice food in Wigan!

Lovely atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and tonight's menu was delicious. Not an extensive menu with 4 starters 4 mains and 4 deserts to choose from but this is because it is changed every couple of days, it was difficult to choose what to have - all sounded wonderful. Definitely will be visiting again
