Lovely place. High quality food. Reasonably priced. The special offers and lunch offers are not to be missed. I had soup. Steak and ice cream. Wife had garlic mushrooms. Veg pasta and creme brulea. Apologies for spelling. 8.95 each. Bottle of red wine. All under 30 quid
Went for lunch not expecting much ......I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food that I was served.
Special lunch menu is certainly good value at 2 courses 9.99 starters are a good size very tasty and well presented.
Main meal was a freshly and well cooked steak burger and probably the best thing I have had to eat out in a long time .
If you are in Ashton in makerfield and hungry between 12 and 2 call in...parking at the rear .

I went today with my Family for my Nan's 70th Birthday Meal. The food was amazing and a great atmosphere π. We will definatley go again great food,great service,great atmosphere thanks π
Myself and my boyfriend came here on a recommendation, and it met the standards we were expecting. The food was delicious, presented well, and our steaks were cooked to our taste. My only fault was the staff seemed to be a little overwhelmed, and took a while to take our orders, despite the fact that the restaurant was only 3/4 full. We did have to leave our table to flag them down. Nevertheless they were friendly and accommodating. I would certainly come back.
Gorgeous steaks! Great atmosphere! Only slight issue was that the main courses did take a while to come but staff were apologetic but otherwise would definitely go back. Half price steaks when you order starter or main between certain times.. Might be best to book!
Can be busy so best book. Car park at the back can also be busy. Staff are warm and welcoming. Food is great for the price. Not just your typical pub grub either. All in all very good place to eat.
Hit this place on steak night and got a fillet steak for half price! And they're was nothing half price about the eating! Perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. Had a side of creamy cabbage too.. food heaven xxx
Had a meal here with my friends and it was amazing!!! Food was delicious and the staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. The prices are really reasonable and a fabulous evening was had by all. I Will definitely be returning again and again!! Thank you the fat bull
Bloody brilliant food, so busy service can be a tad slow. Great value on tasty steaks Tues to Thursday (half price but the fillet was still top notch), other deals on other days. Loved it, if in the area again I will be coming here again!
One of my favourite local restaurants and the foody jewel of Ashton. Does a wicked Sunday roast (get there quick before they sell out) and an immense steak.
Suitably romantically lit for a special meal but cheap enough to nip out for a midweek treat.
Fantastic place and even better food. So tasty. Great offers on the steaks and other meals. Well worth a visit. Parking at the back of the restaurant too. Staff were amazing.
