A traditional pub excellent facilities sheltered and open areas pleasant professional bar staff comfortable atmosphere Good range of drinks on offer comfortable clientele not a plastic and chrome pub with mixed decor but it works for me a most pleasant first experience and plan to visit again

Years since I have been here. Staff are really professional and helpful. But I went for a meal which was really good. At the time, I didn't have steak or fish available, so I opted for the hash pie really nice, but the crust was too hard for my liking. I will be going again.

I moved to Ashton a couple years ago and this place became my local straight away. Great food and atmosphere and a lovely beer garden. Even better, the staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. I recently adopted a german shepherd and I knew that dogs were allowed in the beer garden, but didn’t realise they could sit inside too. Me and my partner took her today and were made to feel so welcome, she even got a bowl of water. It’s great knowing that I can head down to my local now and not have to leave my dog at home!
