Brilliant place to have a pint,beer garden spot on.there is a cosy atmosphere in the pub,staff were very helpful,.will call again

Not a bad little pub. Lovely vintage decor and open fireplace. Could do with a lick of paint and a few more interesting beers. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Ignore the bad smell reviews. It's just not all fancy clinical modern shite. Loads of character and amazing beer and staff. If you want modern go elsewhere. If you want a quality boozer, this is the one.

Great local pub and best beers and food in town
cask ales, warm welcome pool and darts with live sports. keeps alot of the ruff sort out for a more locals-type of atmosphere.
Great selection of gins and Veltins lager is excellent. Great Fri/Sat entertainment.
No real ale but brilliant Veltins lager and friendly and welcoming bar staff
Love the Veltins beer from here. Especially nice if it's served in a chilled glass in summer!
