We went for the buffet at £14.95 per person. The choice is very limited (4 starters, 4 mains and a pasta dish) and there were no popadoms (which was really odd and a little disappointing) and only 2 chutneys (mint yoghurt and chilli sauce) but while the choice was limited, the standard was brilliant. The food is super tasty and beautifully cooked. Sides are brought out fresh and they are gorgeous, chips, naan and garlic naan were spot on and not burnt which was great to see since most places I've been to lately, the naan bread is burnt to a crisp but happily not at zing and zest! We will most likely go back but would love to see popadoms added to the buffet.

My only issue was that the bones in the lamb chops were shattered - so I got sharp bits! Otherwise service, flavour, portions, ambience were all excellent!
Inside is smart, clean and modern - well worth a visit (price was reasonable too!)
The service was excellent we got our starter and mains very quick. The service was very good and they made sure we enjoyed our food and the prices were very cheap much better prices for portion size then the larger fast food chains.
Great services, food is high quality and fresh, i love the spicy hot rods which are my favourite.

I only took a star off because it was pretty cold, we’d got in early (about 7) on an icy December day so probably hadn't had chance to warm up. Would recommend and will go back.

First time going, decided to go on Sunday to try the buffet, which was lovely, good quality food, soft tender meats, like some reviews say not much available, but what was available was top quality, recommend and definitely will be going back, nice friendly staff.

Lovely well decorated restaurant in a good location juat 2 mins walk from the tram stop. Excellent food at a competitive price, & super friendly staff. The aloo & chana puri starter is something that sounds so simple but is so incredibly tasty! Give it a try!

Excellent food and competitive prices. We arrived early and all was fresh and really tasty. Got busy at 8pm and needed to move from our table (after 2hours so no complaints). Would recommend. Nice place and good staff
Excellent customer service, the food is fantastic, especially the chicken tikka chana massala. Restaurant service is first rate and the delivery is second to none. I've eaten curries of all kinds in many different parts of the world and I have to say that Zing and Zest are one of the best. Keep it up guys.

We have been dining at zing & zest for the past 7 years and can honestly say we enjoy it every time we go.
The staff & manager are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their dishes. They will tweak a dish if possible or advise on which you'd enjoy based on your spice tolerance.
We've probably tried most of the menu but here are some of our favourites dishes are,
Starters - Lamb namkeen boti, chicken chaat puri & spicy hot rods.
Mains - Lamb saagwala,
Shashlik exotic karahi and Murgh Akbai.
We also enjoy the Sunday buffet, which is a bargain! There's a choice of 4 different Starters and 4 different curries (1 is usually tikka masala for the kids) in the hot plates, then you order fresh rice and breads with the waiter when your ready for your main and he'll bring it over.
Gives you chance to try dishes you've never had before, we love it.
We have introduced many people to zing & zest over the years who have also fell in love with it.
It's always our go to place to take friends & family to dine out, as we know we'll be looked after and well fed.
Our kids also love it here, it's our daughter 1st choice everytime.
We love supporting our local Indian.
