Ive been in this KFC several times now and I am so certain this is the best KFC in the UK. The customer service is second to none. Very friendly people. Ordered a sundae and they said they can give it to us when we finish our meals. You wont get that service anywhere else.

We have just visited (28/4/23 @20:15) KFC on Ashton Moss retail Park and the Manager Fran is an amazing person, my youngest son (11) has cerebral Palsy and his speech is slightly impaired so he is sometimes difficult to understand. Fran was patient and very attentive and allowed my son to order his own food, which he was overjoyed with being able to do. Thank you so much Fran for giving my son a little bit of normalcy in his very troublesome life. The restaurant was very clean and the food was lovely, everything was piping hot, we were all very pleased with our visit. Keep being you Fran 🫶

Had takeaway with wifey. Nice staff, allowed us to change the two drinks in cups with the meals for one bottle of Pepsi Max. Really enjoyed the Zinger Tower burger and the sweetcorn. The chips were cr4p though, limp, soggy and almost cold.

Do not mobile order. I am allergic to ketchup and and they put ketchup on my burger. Apparently it was an issue with the mobile ordering app.
The management replaced my whole meal for free.
I have not had an issue here before. The food is always hot and good.
