Had Sunday roast have to say it was excellent with very good meat and good portion size. Soup was delicious. Staff friendly. Chef is doing a great job and it shows, well done. We will be back.
Fantastic rib-eye steak sandwich, well worth the cost. They're not just some sliced cold meat from a deli counter! Would prefer a larger varied salad rather than chips though...
We came here for Sunday lunch, amazing food, friendly staff and fantastic value for money. If you are in the Bucks/Beds area I would highly recommend you pay a visit to this little gem tucked away in the countryside.
Lovely old pub, out in the countryside, food superb, staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. One downside I'm in a wheelchair, and theres no disabled toilet facilities. Let's the whole experience down. Such s shame.
Had delicious Christmas lunch at the Royal Oak,staff were excellant,food was amazing, whole experience 10 out of 10. Many thanks to all who made today possible. Sure to see you again very soon

Great food great atmosphere talking to a few of the locals doesn't get enough support from the villagers they will soon moan if it shuts.
Lovely pub,nice warm welcome,didn't eat but food looked good, lovely garden good for kids as well.
