A lovely place to visit. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Great shop, lots of pottery choices/ gift ideas. The restaurant is fab, enjoyed our coffee & cakes. Planning to do lunch next time 😋

Aston pottery is definitely worth a visit. Late flowering borders with absolutely stunning displays of annuals, dahlias and perennials for you to wander round free of charge. The gift shop is full of wonderful pottery and gifts for everyone. The cafe boasts homemade produce from Quiches and salads to an amazing selection of beautiful cakes and a wide range of teas and coffees. Friendly staff throughout the site, nice place to visit with family or friends.

What a lovely place! As a maker I can appreciate the time that goes into some of the products that are sold here, therefore understand the pricing of great quality goods.If by the time you are half way round you are hungry then a stop in the cafe for lunch is a must, with large portions of lovely food all made on site you will be revived for round two of shopping for beautiful gifts.

Visited Aston Pottery specifically for an afternoon tea with my daughter. When I booked they were very accommodating as I don't like brioche buns so asked if I could have sandwiches instead. The sandwiches, sausage roll, scones and cakes were amazing and all the staff were really lovely. Good coffee also. Will be going back and plan on taking my grandchildren as they do children's lunch boxes.

Our gardening group had a tour of the gardens which were wonderful. So colourful! The gardener who conducted the tour, a young man called Kian, was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. A very enjoyable and worthwhile visit.

Wonderful Place near Oxford for pottery, superb food and drink. They started the gardens from scratch and they are becoming more beautiful each year. I have had the pottery now for more than 20 years and they still look like new. Very recommendable! Update August 2019 Went again with my friends. The gardens are a mass of colour an even bigger than last year. Food was good as usual and they sell their own calendar now.

Very tasty quiche, yummy sausage rolls and great coffee! Seved quickly and politely.

Overall this is a unique and different shopping experience. Christmas is particularly good. However the cafe is a bit hit and miss, with the offerings for lunch. Recent visit, the lunch was semi hot, served on cold plates. Although cooked and kept in warming rack, hot would be better. On previous occasions, the food and cakes have been better. Service with a smile would go a long way as well...Update: ( 30th July 21) Still good place to browse and find unique gifts, especially attractive planting outside, despite the rain

We came to the pottery mainly because the pottery garden that day was opened by the National Garden Scheme NGS. But as the café was there, it made sense to have a bite. They had some delicious salads and quiches and we had a perfectly nice lunch. The pottery shop was also worth a visit with some fantastic and beautifully decorated items.

This is a magical garden, and completely free to cafe visitors. So much work goes in to creating it. The cafe is lovely.

Really nice food all freshly made. Shop is large if you like pottery. The flowery garden is also a site to behold.

Brilliant. Lots of interesting pottery, aswell as wide range of other good products. Very pleasant flower gardens. Cafe is very good.

Lovely shop with great range of pottery, knick-knacks, condiments, cards, gardening accoutrements, jewellery, scarves, toys etc. Cafe has lovely range of cakes. Whole place is bright and airy. Was a great precursor to visiting the Cotswolds Wildlife Park!

The pottery shop has a wide selection of quality goods. Excellent cafeteria. Amazing quiches, wonderful cakes and scones and a lovely cup of tea.

Great place to spend some time in the coffee shop where food always looks so delicious!! The gift shop just grows and grows so I can't be the only person who thinks it's a great place to look for gifts of all kinds. Outside the gardens are blooming marvellous. 💐

I visited today as part of a small home education group, we enjoyed walking around the gardens and loved the tour of the pottery workshop. I completely underestimated the process that each piece of pottery goes through and am so impressed with the energy and craftsmanship of the staff. The food in the cafe is lovely and it’s all just very well done from the decent amount of parking to the beautiful shop displays and the gorgeous outside spaces. Thank you �

Very nice place to visit, interesting shop, good quality merchandise. Food excellent. The flowers and plants in the gardens are very picturesque and therefore garden pots for sale would be useful.

In the last month the quality of the cakes have gone from very good to poor who ever is making them would appear to have lost there way. On today's visit Saturday in the female toilet. one door was off its hinge's plus one toilet not flushing. The sign says best cafe in Oxfordshire. not now.

On our doorstep and have never paid you a visit - lunch was divine & bought a super liberty design butter dish, we will be back & soon.

Place I’ve always wanted to go as only 10 minutes away, had a good look round got lots of lovely things bit expensive but taken into account all made from scratch on site etc worth the money. Cafe was lovely only had coffee and a fruit scone but very yummy .bit disappointed about gardens as nothing was in flower even though I looked on website and there should have been definitely tell others about my visit 💐🍰☕️

Went with the WI, had a fascinating demonstration, followed by a wonderful cream tea. The gift shop is phenomenal :)

We Had a wonderful lunch today. Not for the first time. It's always lovely home made food and very very tasty. Staff are very friendly advice helpful. The shop is full if wonderful things for all ages ⛤⛤⛤⛤

Aston Pottery is such a beautiful and charming place. Very pretty and relaxing and the restaurant serves great homemade food. I love this place.

Excellent modern light barn restaurant...quality items in shop ...pottery range....children's toys ...cookware...gifts ....and a seasonal border garden. A great place to take visitors too.

Lovely Christmas evening free mince pies and mulled wine and money of! Christmas trees are beautifully decorated and nice cake in the cafe.
