So, I've been told that this Panera's food is sub par compared to others, but I don't really care because the woman at the counter is the nicest. Every day I come to get my small dark roast and baguette, and she hooks me right up with a smile on her face.
Just don't order online though, they'll screw it up.

Rapid pickup is usually very quick unless the store is slammed. My order is always correct and they are very accommodating. I eat here a lot when I'm on campus.

As a coffee shop Panera Bread is ok, they can't do 12oz lattes and the espresso they use is nothing special. However, the staff is still very friendly and recognizes the regulars, they also have a very large selection of pastries and food. Be mindful of peak dining hours because the line can get fairly long but it moves pretty quickly and they get food out at a decent rate.

They have sandwiches which are tasty and they also have soup and salad,the staffs are friendly and approachable.Highly recommend if you are hungry in the RBD library.
