Lovely new place in Audlem to enjoy wine and share plates of tasty food. We particularly enjoyed the smoked and fried potatoes and the roasted cauliflower. The chocolate and peanut butter tart, with vanilla creme fraiche was excellent. The wines we tried were also very good. Service was quick and friendly.

Had been told about this place by a foodie friend so decided to visit yesterday evening …it didn’t disappoint.
We were greeted warmly by the front of house lady (apologies, forgot her name - she was fun, knowledgeable and friendly, a great combo) who let us settle in and then talked us through the menu options - a tasting menu or selection of dishes from the a la carte. We opted for the tasting menu, very good value at £30pp. Dishes were substantial, interesting, delicious and well presented. A credit to the kitchen which on this occasion (due to the head chef being on holiday) was run by his 18 year old assistant, a credit to his employer. I was driving so we only had the by the glass wines but all were excellent quality. Highly recommend.
We had an excellent Sunday lunch here. The food, decor and service were great. Smiles all round, with the exception of the upset little boy with the devilishly handsome father. Rumour has it he wasn’t old enough to try the scotch eggs
Another fantastic visit to Linden tonight. We had the chefs menu again and as always the food was excellent and at a phenomenal price. Highly recommend a visit you will not regret it.

The food is divine! (I’m so sorry we didn’t catch your name) but the lady at the front of house was amazing! Thank you :) they have really thought about every detail. We will definitely be returning and raving about this place! I didn’t take any pictures because I was too busy enjoying the delicious food.
Our second time at Lindens and just as excellent if not even better! Went for the Sunday lunch option and had three really high quality courses. Pickled mussels, chicory and carrot pie with sensational veg, and gorgeous parkin! Beautiful wine, lovely service from lovely people!
