Lovely little pub. Food quality belies it's quaint exterior. Superb food and nice drink. Erdinger on draught is a winner! Staff really friendly and helpful. This place has transformed in recent years. Plus dogs are welcome so that says it all for me! Highly recommended!

Called in for lunch, had fish and chips. Fish was really tasty. Chips were good to. Staff were very helpful and efficient. It's a hot day and to start all i asked for was water. Which was no problem, from there i continued to order my lunch. I recommend Dog & Gun Inn.
The fish of the moment-light was absolutely lovely. Really tasty. Just enough. The summer pavlova with cream excellent. Compliments to the chef.
Great little pub. Slightly out of the way but that doesn’t detract it’s quality. Very pleasant all round.

A great little local pub, with a lovely atmosphere. Dogs welcome and the outside seating gets some lovely evening sun. Good pub food with welcoming staff and a great little range of ales.
It seemed to be ok but there only appeared to be one person serving and it took a long time but the food was hot when it got to us so can't fault the food definitely worth a visit
Been here a few times now and not had a bad meal. The place is nice n chilled. Staff are warm and friendly. Food is very good and not overly expensive. I would definitely recommend. Kids menu is good too.
