First time going to the Austin location and definitely will be coming back primarily because of Isaac. His service was impeccable and made the D&B experience way better than usual. My fiance and I were pleasantly surprised at how good the food actually was.

Kids has a great time on Wednesday 1/2 off games. Sat at the bar catching up on work and Alexis provided amazing service and made sure to check on me regularly refreshing to see someone who was so focused on good customer service with a big smile. Will be back next time

We’ve been here before but we don’t come often because we live on the other side of Austin. My 11 year old daughter had a Monday birthday and we sort of last minute got together a couple of her friends and came here after school to celebrate.
I do not leave reviews usually, but Chris, the manager who was working when we were there, is such a top notch human being and deserves some praise. He came by and introduced himself within minutes of us arriving, helped me with candles because I’d left mine at home and was so kind and patient with the kids. He went above and beyond to make our experience special and it was done in such a genuine way.
We’ll make it a point to come by more often. Thank you Chris!

They got rid of the unlimited play passes but still a lot of fun. The food is always good even if the service is a little slow. The staff is friendly. Loads of parking. Drinks are ok.

It's definitely a place for the younger crowd with lots of games of all types. The atmosphere is nice, but be prepared for loud music, loud talking, and the sound of games being played. You buy a game card and load money on it. When you want to play a game, just tap your card and it will deduct tokens. All in all, I had a very nice time.

Great environment, friendly staff, and plenty to do! I thought we would zoom through our coins, we purchased 900 coins, and it took a good 5 hours to get through them. Ended up with some pretty rad goodies. Lots of seating, very family friendly! Will definitely be going back!

Place was great! Had a good amount of games and plenty of places to fill up on tokens. Kids had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute.

Wow! I had never been before, so I didn't know what to expect. I thought it would be geared towards kids, but I was definitely wrong. The Sweet Bourbon BBQ sauce on their wings was, by far, the best wings I've ever had!! No joke!! The food presentation was very nice as well. The games were so much fun!!! My favorite was the hungry hungry hippos!!!

Met a friend here for food and fun. They were very short staffed but our waiter was on it. He was attentive and kind. Nachos were delish. Then we went off to play and had a great time. Will be back.

The kids (and us, the parents) had a lot of fun! The arcade was spacious and clean.
I was pleasantly surprised they had so many veggie options and fresh, delicious food. The staff were great and attentive.
It was a bit pricey, though...
