Starbucks

This is a walk-in only store. Advice to other customers, get the app and pre-order your drinks/food when you're 5-10 minutes away. It will save you a lot of hassle. You can customize all the drinks to your preference. I like this Starbucks much more than the one in Lakeway, even though I wish the hours would go back to what they were. This store makes what I like, how I like it, 99% of the time. Occasionally someone will get too overzealous, or underzealous, with the scoops or syrups and I'll have to throw the drink away. Or they'll put in something that is requested to be left out of my drink and I'll get sick due to intolerances, or something will taste bad. It happens. Though it seems to happen more so in the mornings than evenings. Probably because they're insanely busy? Consistency in any made to order food or beverage is important. Especially with as pricey as these are. Most everyone at this store is super nice. Some important advice I'd like to give to the baristas here is: 1. it's always better to do less sweetener, if you're not sure, than too much; 2. if someone requests extra scoops of anything, it's based on the NORMAL size scoop (for example, if someone wants 3 scoops of chocolate malt powder instead of the default of 2, please don't do 3 heaping scoops). 3. Please don't short the drinks. I've had, occasionally, where the cup was only 3/4 full. At least add more milk, or ice, please.

They have updated the store and it looks great. I like to order a non fat frapuccino without whip. I noticed the box of whipping cream was next to my frap. I double checked to make sure non of it was used in my drink and they were very nice to explain it was used for another drink and they were right. Thank you staff.

Honestly one of the better starbucks restaurants I have been to in this area. Literally the baristas all deserve a round of applause for how kind they are, especially the man with the blondish hair, he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure I left the store happy and wanting to come back. And I definitely will be back to starbucks again!

There is no drive through at this location. The store is well staffed, and friendly with a clean, welcome design. Upon entering the store I was at first skeptical of placing an order as the line was 4 deep and I was in a rush to get to work. However, the efficiency of the staff moved the line quickly and my order was ready after only a short wait. I am not a frequent customer of Starbucks or other coffee shops, because I'm not a fan of single use cups, straws, lids, etc. that end up in our environment. Unfortunately, I had left my coffee on the counter, at home, before heading off to work. Other than the use of yet more plastics this morning (a corporate decision, with no reflection on staff performance), I was happy with my experience at Starbucks.
