Mcdonald's

This place is okay, as far as the service goes. The food is great of course because it is McDonald's. The service needs work as far as being nice. Not very helpful with people. Ask questions and get the no or I do not know attitude. Being blind I can not see prices, but asking the lady at the counter, her answers were it is 2 something or 3 something. I stand there hoping she would look it up, but of course not. Asked somebody if they were going to make more sweet tea, just said no and walked away. No explanation or apology, just no.

These companies MUST train their employees/ associates customer service skills which includes a smile & thank you! If you can not convey gratefulness to one who spends their hard earned money in your establishment (especially when the food proportions and quality have been decreased, and prices INCREASED.. MAKE SURE your customers KNOW you appreciate them choosing your place of business!

Only four stars because I don't like the fries. Mickey D's fries are only good in the first five minutes out of the grease. After that they become shoestring potatoes, very crunchy and salty. The four stars that I gave them were for the Homestyle burger (Which was awesome! Do yourself a favor and try one of those bad boys. You'll love it!) and their unbeatable vanilla shake. Hands down the best vanilla shake you can find anywhere. I know they are made from a premixed bladder of milky stuff and frozen in a softserve machine, but damn they are good! And oh yeah, the service was really good too, but as long as I get my Homestyle and vanilla shake, I don't expect much in the way of service. But these people were noticably helpful and courteous. Now between you and me, nobody but an extraterrestrial should need a review on Mickey D's. We all grew up with those golden arches. I'm just pointing out the stuff I like and recommend. Try what I order when you go there. You're gonna like it.
