Friend & I picked up an order to go & it was awesome! Two luncheon specials with soup & rice that we couldn't finish. Later in the month I ordered for the family & was once again delighted; more than enough for us & my grown son (who can pack it in). Food is always good, hot & fresh.

The service is top notch. The food is the most authentic and best tasting Chinese cuisine I've ever had. Bamboo Garden is the bar that I set all other Chinese food restaurants against (and none meet the high standard that Bamboo Garden has set).

My family has been eating here for decades and it still retains its friendly environment, charm, and tasty Chinese food. Ask for chili oil if you need a spice boost to any dish. Vegetarian options available, and the shrimp were delicious!

Great customer service. When my allergies kick in all I want is hot and sour soup. Ordered to pick up during my lunch break. Then I was delayed at work for hours. They held my order a few minutes past closing. The woman up front saw that I wasn't feeling well and gave me a hug and some clementines ("loves") to help me feel better. Nice to see this kind of care in a big city. Thank you 😊

Solid American Chinese food. That's what they're going for. I love their food when I'm in the mood for American Chinese. Quality is consistent and service is personalized and stellar. They're also great at adding or substituting ingredients. The place could use a dusting though.

I love this place. I lived on Banister Lane for about 10 yrs and became a regular here. Loved either eating in or getting my order delivered. ANYTIME I called, the service has ALWAYS been stellar. Quick service, great food and just an overly nice place to eat. Bamboo Garden has been open and running for like near 40 yrs. Something has to be good to stay open this long. I ordered the crab Rangoon and the fried dumplings and then ordered one of my faves, Mushrooms with Chinese Cabbage. So much food to eat. And YUM YUM too!!
