4 stars, mostly because of its proximity to the hotel my family was staying at, the Dr pepper tasted a little funky and the soda machine was broken so i had my drink filled once behind the register but otherwise a normal wendys experience

one of the few fast food locations i can always count on to give great customer service. the drive-thru staff is always so friendly, cheerful and makes sure to get my order right

This location was open on a snowy night when hardly anyone else in the city was open. They had a drive-through line around the block and only three of four employees, who not only risked a lot getting in on ice covered roads, but were working their tails off to keep the line moving. I feel like this kind of dedication is hard to come by anymore, especially in fast food. We ordered for a family of five and they for everything right; I wouldn’t have blamed them if they didn’t though.

Used a deal available with their app and saved a couple of bucks. Restaurant was clean and service was fast. I thought I had customized my sandwich in the app order, but received the regular sandwich. Not sure if it was the restaurant's fault, or I messed up with the app order, so I'm not docking any stars. Also, it wasn't a big deal for me.
