This location will over charge your card and then try to short you the difference in the correct cash you should be receiving back. And then they refuse to give you the correct receipt for the correct order. Be aware of this bad business practice. I wonder how many people they do this to on a daily basis. The new management staff and newer employees are "Bad News Bears"

I ordered a cup of water and sweet tea....I usually mix the two to water down the sweetness of the sweet tea and when I poured it into the water cup a fly poured out and went inside the other cup.

Ordered pickup online. McD was crowded inside & drive thru. Workers seemed to be on it. One of the workers were confronted about their oder, worker handled best as they could. It was pretty crowded & they got hit hard with lunch crowd. Great job to the workers for working it out!!

Went thru the drive thru but it was a great experience, all the food was hot and they got it out fast to us. Would go to this one again.

For this restaurant, a 3 would be my rating for such a popular restaurant. Even though I'm ok with the food, it's the service. The service might be friendly, but they mess up orders a lot. One time my family went here, I asked for a quarter pounder with ONLY cheese (meat and bun as well), once I got my food (this happens so many times), they add all of the ingredients that i never asked for (thankfully they replaced them with the one I wanted.
My conclusion is that this restaurant is a 50/50 when it comes to getting your order , you could either get what you want, or they mess up the order (Missing item or incorrect item).

a few months ago, i went inside cause the drive thru was a bit long, i waited 20+ minutes for a $4 order…. they looked at me at times and kept working the drive thru until finally someone asked what i ordered.
about 2 weeks ago, i pulled up to the inner drive thru speaker, and the person asked me to wait really quick…. someone pulled up to the other speaker and got to order immediately..
today, the last incident happened again except i was at the outer speaker. asked to hold, someone else pulls up to the inner drive thru and starts ordering. i waited 2 minutes and no one ever said anything so im done with the McD’s.. 1/17/22 6:02pm

HORRIBLE LOCATION, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES ALONG WITH MANAGER ANAHI. Employee was very disrespectful to my mother, she ordered a fish sandwich with mayo only nothing else. We checked the order before leaving and my mom handed the fish sandwich back and told her that she wanted mayo only no cheese. The employee stated “omg” and slammed the window on my mom, then discussing with other employees if my mom asked for no cheese. I then asked for the manager that’s when Anahi came to the window trying to take up for the disrespect of the employee. Anahi started yelling and being disrespectful herself. So we see why the employees have no respect for customers because the manager has no respect for customers. I’ve never experienced something so horrible. New management and employees are needed.

I’d give them ZERO STARS if possible! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGHT?!? The manager Happy isn’t very happy, she’s rude and disrespectful! The staff lacks common sense and are extremely unorganized and rude(especially the ones who don’t speak English well like Jackie!) Today I was banned for asking for my money’s worth. Every time I order large fries they’re half empty!! You’re job is very simple, fill up your fries!! It’s like a medium fries inside a large container!! Very frustrating and a total inconvenience!! Ya’ll don’t have to be afraid of me❣️🤗😉 (the picture attached shows proof of how ridiculous my issue with them is! I promise the fries didn’t spill into the bag, and no one ate from them prior to the picture! When I drive off it looks full but when it settles that’s what I get!)
