7-eleven

The gentleman whom would not give me his name gave me attitude when the price would not ring up correctly. I showed him this picture and would not honor the price or even apologize as say I’m sorry that’s an old price. When I asked him his name he said bye over and over and gave me attitude about my backpack which I use to hold stuff since I bike everywhere and need it. There is no sign on the door. Until this douch bag is fired I will not be going back. He didn’t even care that I know the main boss or he could and should be fired. Mt gotee had the worst attitude of any employee I’ve ever met. I will be going back to the manager to it and having him review the camera tapes. I go in there all the time and never have felt so unwelcome. Spoke to manager today and he apologized about attendant and told him he would talk to him later and removed all the outdated prices.

One of the dirtiest 7-Elevens I’ve ever seen, bathrooms are dirty dirty as shown in the photos, register girl not wearing uniform, I had no idea she was the clerk Gas pumps not working, and a lot of sketchy people loitering around the premises, making me feel somewhat unsafe As much as I like 7-Eleven and prefer it over any other convenience stores, this one was really disappointing

The store was clean even with workers installing new cameras, very organized and the employees were fast and cheerful. I got into a car accident and one of the employees, Mackenzie i believe, came out to calm me down when it got slow amd i was having a panic attack. Doesnt matter how the place looks. Those were people that cared. 5 stars and much appreciated. Thank you!
