This is a review for the Sonic located on Brodie & Slaughter Ln. Not did it take more than 30 min (they were short staffed) but the food brought out was wrong. Chicken sandwich was like a dried up hockey puck and the fries were very cold and even the drink was wrong. They were also out of onion rings. To make matters worse, I wasn’t told they were short staffed till I checked in wondering what was going om. I tried to get the attn of the car hop and she basically put out her hand and kept going. I asked for a refund and the person taking the order said I would receive within 5 days. I left the food and drink on the ground. It’s almost been a month and NOTHING! Terrible service, terrible food and dishonest. I will never go there again.

Trae brought out my order and was very professional and respectful young man! He even asked was there anything else I needed at the moment. I asked for some sauce for my pop chicken no hesitation or attitude he ran in to grab it. Thanked me for coming to sonic and have a great night. Little things like that makes a big difference to customers. As a retail manager I would definitely hire trae as a Manager in Training. He showed excellent customer service!

Was pleasantly surprised with quick and excellent service the last 2 times I visited this location for breakfast on my way to work.
Past crews were slow, rude, & could not seem to get an order right to save there lives, glad to see this location turning that around.

Absolutely f'n horrible. What's the point of ordering online to have to wait 30 minutes for cold corn dogs? When I say cold I mean cold! And the drink that I paid extra for strawberries and lime had a drip of strawberries like it was an accident! This location is consistent in slow service, cold food and orders being wrong! I missed half the playoff football game for that mess! You may ask why I waited, well here's why...I honestly wanted to see if the corn dogs would come out piping hot or would they try to pull a fast one since they already had my money because I paid online. This location is.a poor representation of what made Sonic so good in the past.

Didn’t give me sauce for cinnamon bites, didn’t put cheese on my tots (I paid and extra $1 for cheese). The bun to my hotdog was hard, and the grilled cheese had no cheese on is except for the very center on the sandwich ended up throwing over half of it away because it didn’t have cheese. But I door dashed it so I couldn’t just send it back to have it fixed or get a refund.

I asked for a cherry limeade slush with nerds and got no nerds. Then my burger was supposed to be a single with no cheese no MAYO no pickles and they put ALL of that on my burger.. I am lactose intolerant.

Been here three different times along with delivery purchases and it was always wrong or something missing. I dont understand what is difficult to make an order at least once properly done. Seriously either whip the employees into shape or get them out of there. 3 mess ups and delivery trips included are way too many for comfort. Highly dont recommend tipping either. One time I tipped and got the most sarcastic thank you i have ever heard In my life. Please do yourself and family a favor and avoid this terrible sonic crew. Shame on them.
