Axminster Inn - Axminster - Photo album

Very friendly place. Sadly we arrived after last orders for food but as we were starving, the landlady kindly suggested we could purchase hot meat pies, pasties and sausage rolls from a local butcher just around the corner and consume them in her pub with drinks. Very very kind of her. She even supp
This pub doesn't do food, but serves the best pint of beer you will find ANYWHERE! The owners really care and it shows.
Looked at the one star reviews and loved the replies so had to come in, excellent pub, excellent beer and friendly staff and customers, what more do you need
Nice friendly pub. Bar lady was from out city of Plymouth, so happy to chat. The beer was good and my coffee was very nice. Olde world decor suited the pub. Would definitely go there again.
Stopped for a pint and some pool. Lovely place with a lovely atmosphere and very welcoming staff, also a wide range of local brewery options; both cider and ale. Would definitely recommend.
Very good beers. Friendly staff!
Friendly atmosphere. Good pint ( tried ale and cider). Sharing platter throughly enjoyed
thanks Axminster Inn putting on a great band Burning Bridges - brilliant atmosphere … space to sit and space to dance with impressive selection of beers and friendly bar staff
Friendly staff good range of beers lovely beer garden
Lovely friendly pub with a great selection of beers. The pub had a great vibe and wasn't overly crowded. We ended the evening with the best hot chocolate I've had in ages. Would recommend and will definitely be back! 😋
Great pub, warm atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff
Had a great breakfast here - it set us up for the day! Very friendly pub, which looked like it would be a good music venue, so will definitely be back when in the area again. They were following the Covid19 rules very well, and this didn't detract from the welcoming feel of the place at all. It was
Great beer, warm friendly staff, lovely atmos.
This is friendliest most good natured pub that I've been in for a long time. You can chat happily to patrons and bar staff alike. The beer is a little pricy, but it is a rural pub and the atmosphere more than makes up for it.
VeryGood beer, good service
This is a Palmer's Pub, so the prices aren't competitive but the venue is well maintained and the quality of beers and ciders on tap is consistently good. The Axe inn has a skittle alley in an annexe, a small lounge area and a cozy, heated outdoor area. They serve good food, are family-friendly and
A lovely pub with an amazing selection of very well kept Palmers ales - this has won it CAMRA's pub of the year for Exeter and East Devon.
