Plenty of food and drink to choose from. Fresh cakes chilled drinks and hot drinks available. I’d advise getting a drink first before entering the museum. Toilets are located in here also. Plenty of seating inside and out. If you sit outside there is plenty of lovely scenery with a fast flowing rive
Pleasant restaurant which is part of the motor museum. Decent range of good quality food including gluten free sandwiches. Pleasant service. It was wet when we were there but the outside seating area has good views. The non gluten free rolls were a bit crumbly apparently (the GF ones were fine). And
Fabulous chef cooked meals. We visited Ambio 3 times in 1 week during our week in the Lake District. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking a fast river. What a wonderful top quality cafe. Fast Food… No 😳. Traditional food with a modern twist, clearly each dish lovingly prepared by chefs. Locally sourced produce. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s fantastic that it’s on the same site as the Lakeland Motor Museum.
