Food is absolutely delicious - very nice!! Atmosphere is very buzzing and friendly. Amazing Mocktales! Super friendly owner and staff. From now on absolutely our go-to-place for the hard needed pitstop after the M25 traffic jam on our way to Bath. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is the sticky floor and condition of the bathrooms. But we definitely LOVE the place

Been coming to the hungry horse for many years. Always a great atmosphere, very family friendly pub but also a great laugh with your friends at the same time! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fantastic pub!

It’s pretty much as you’d expect for a Hungry Horse pub - reasonable food, fair prices. The service however was very good, one of the lovely servers even engaged with my non-verbal autistic nephew in makaton which was lovely. 5/5 for service definitely, the food was a little bland but nothing major and the pub itself was nice enough with plenty of parking.

Reasonably priced food and drink. Fast food service. Wide range of keg drinks plus at least one real ale from Green King (IPA). Sports on TVs in bar and garden. Free parking. Garden is not bad for a town centre pub. .

I went here last weekend for a family meal. It was very enjoyable. The staff were nice. The food was fantastic except for my desert. My desert was ment to be a cake with a moose then ice cream instead I got a frozen cake with frozen moose and ice cream.i understand that they probably have there deserts come in frozen ready made but I was looking forward to it and a tad disappointed. But in a plus the hot food was incredible very delicious and I would definitely go back again for a meal. My children loved the food and they enjoyed having some coloring pencils and a colour in sheet. they also enjoyed the play bit outside but I must say that some of the fence around the play area was broken and looked very in safe. I would give this place a 8/10 and would recommend it to friends and family.
