We call in here for fish and chips four or five times a year, and have done so for a number of years. They open at 7.00, and serve all day breakfasts at £7.50 until 12.00.
They serve the usual pies, and sausages, in addition to cod, rock, and haddock, all of which are cooked freshly to order. Staff are very friendly and efficient, and there is plenty of parking.
They also offer a party catering service for between 25 - 250.
Highly recommended.

Visited Jack's on Saturday 3rd July 2021, hadn't been there for over 10 years, but the quality is still very good, they had just opened at 4.30pm, ordered haddock and chips, very pleased with meal. Would highly recommend, hopefully the inside sit down restaurant will re-open soon, there are outside tables.

Always good food. Whilst I was in there eating, a customer came in and asked if they had any healthy options. The answer was no sorry. I am not surprised it is a fish and chip shop and it does what it does

This fish and chip eatery had the best cod I've ever tasted. The batter was thin, crispy and delicious. The chips were excellent too. Plenty of seating, lots of parking. Ketchup and vinegar at the table and friendly and prompt service.

Great place to eat in or take away Fish and Chips. Restaurant is nice and clean with high chairs for babies and young children. Menu has a good choice with a children's menu too. Food is good quality and you get what you pay for. Free parking is available and lots of parking space. It use to be cash only but after visit last night appears they now take debit cards.

I may be a little biased on this place as my family used to own it! But back then it was a fantastic transport café, if only slightly dated. There was always a good atmosphere here which I feel is lacking now but things and times change. The food is good though and whenever I am down South I try to pop in for something to eat. Its great for a quick pit stop and some decent food.

I'm not from the UK so I don't know what the standard is but I know good fish when I taste it. Absolutely fresh and delicious. The fish is juicy and flakey and the batter is crispy. Order the cod if you prefer a neutral tasting fish. On the other hand, the scampi (which is shrimp) wasn't nearly as good. Don't even think it's fresh.

Ample parking amd great service. Eat inside, outside or takeaway. Good food. Family friendly and suits all generations. Lovely alternative from taking the kids to some fast food places. Would also make a good breakfast meeting place for a bike runs, opening at 7am.

Great tasting food ... always freshly fried . Chips are delicious and the batter on the fish is crispy and light . Pot of tea for one .. fills your tea cup twice . Choice of bread with butter. Easy access off the A30 just outside Bagshot makes it a delightful experience for a family meal .

Jacks is brilliant, proper sit down fish and chips which are delicious. They also do takeaway. Staff are professional and have a good sense of humour. Parking on site is great. What's not to like. It's not cheap but nothing good is.

This place never fails to sort out an empty stomach. <br/>We usually come here for a breakfast. You can either have a full English or make up your own breakfast which is what I usually do. My favourite food is most definitely the hash browns, they are perfectly crisp and delicious. <br/>This place is an institution in Bagshot and a perfect stop for a well priced meal. I have also come<br/>here for their fish and chips, portions are very generous and great value. There is also a good amount of parking. It could do with a face lift but who cares when the food quality and price is great, overall a 3.5/5

This is a place I visit often as it is local and never once have I had a bad meal. We enjoy dining in and out as the restaurant seating area has a very warm, old-school style. However, I do not recommend this for tourists looking for something 'impressive', because I doubt you'll understand it, in the least pretentious way possible. To me it has a homely feel because it reminds me a lot of the place I grew up, but I worry that to others it may appear run down. The atmosphere is always nice and quiet, as it is usually older people who eat there.<br/>My only qualm is the customer service, as the staff never seem too happy.. But then again, most of them look like young students and I doubt they're being paid much.

Lovely food, most of the staff smiled, one lady member of staff was so miserable... Rutted and Moaned when I asked for more tartars sauce, apparently one satchet per customer.Would gladly have paid for more but wasn't given the option.

Simply Good Fish & Chips. Good fish & chip bar; better for takeaway than eat in unless you're looking for a very very causal place to eat (plastic moulded chairs and tables - bright yellow - akin to eating at a low rent, fast food venue ). Cheap and value for money: recommended.
