A very pleasant gift/cafe/chocolate shop. I had the Bakewell breakfast. It was well cooked and tasty. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

We called into Bakewell to look round.we always call into Thorntons coffee shop and good service and coffee well done to the staff.

Not only do they do great ice creams (we shared a lemon one), when we visited the Bakewell store we were particularly impressed by the outstanding customer service of the gentleman working there. He was polite, professional and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Proper old fashioned, warm service.
