Popped in on Sunday night on the off chance we could vet a table to have dinner. No problem the staff found us a table. Food ordered and delivered quickly which was hot tasty and well worth the price. Great setting and helpful curteous staff to boot. We will be back, thanks for your hospitality.

I went for the tasting night of your new menu and my mum and I had a lovely night. Our server was Jackie and she was lovely, attentive and had a sense of urgency which made her look as though she was in control of her section. The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was cooked and prepared so well, presentation was great too. Compliments to the whole team. Hope Jackie gets some recognition from this because she really made our night :)
Very good extensive menu I had the trio of meats roast dinner every thing on the plate was beautiful cooked I would definitely recommend this hotel restaurant
We had a 5 night stay at the beginning of May and couldn’t fault it, in fact in our opinion you’d be hard pushed to beat it. The hotel rooms were outstanding having recently been refurbished as were the public areas.
We ate breakfast every day, one lunch and three dinners. Food quality and presentation were great, the staff are a huge asset they couldn’t do enough for us. We met Diane the manager, she took time every morning to check in with people at breakfast and ask about our days, the young breakfast waitress who had just done a charity skydive was very welcoming too. Great hotel and great stay. Will definitely return.
We won a Facebook competition to try the new menu. The food was incredible with an amazing selection. Service was brilliant too and staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent night. Thank you. Will definitely return for a meal.
Had a lovely Mothers Day meal yesterday . The food was delicious and generous portions . The staff were lovely , helpful and friendly especially Scott our waiter . Look forward to returning soon .

Our dinner at The Balloch House after visiting Loch Lamond was just perfect. From the comfy and cozy seating area to the very broad menu with lots of yummy food to the delightful service. It was actually one of our favorite meals during our UK trip! Make sure you get the garlic flatbread to start and save some room for desert. Limited parking is available behind the restaurant and we enjoyed a nice walk along the water before we ate.
18th century pub with great view and ambiance near the Shores / Loch Lomond Park. Lots of space outside as well if you don't want to sit inside on a bright sunny ☀️ day.
Food was great / fresh but a bit costly for obvious reasons.
I am deducting one star because waiting time was too much. Even though I went there on a very busy weekend with lots of tourists hanging around, I would not like to wait for 40min just for the starter to come. Not complaining, but this part could be improved for a classic balloch experience ✨ Overall, a great pub ✨ (even for non drinkers :))

We had the fixed price menu, 2 courses for 14.99. Absolutely delicious food and good value for money. The Arancini starter was superb. The staff are friendly and attentive, we were served by Elaine. Highly recommend.
Overall a nice typical Scottish pub. Food was average and the steak a bit chewy. Staff were friendly but slow and not much attention to details.
Wow!!!! Definitely an underrated restaurant and hotel. The rooms and views were great and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the Duck appetizer, lab, & lasagna. The best part of all of this was the service!
We had an enjoyable evening meal here in a party of six. Helpful Friendly staff. A good selection of food on the menu but some items were unavailable. Wheelchair accessible but the path to the entrance is very difficult to negotiate. We stopped at the entrance and then parked. Accessible washroom. Every one enjoyed their meal
Always a warm welcome when we come here. Every year we visit and always enjoy our food. Rowan served us today and she was very approachable and attentive. The manager was excellent, great sense of humour. I'm sure you will see us again next year!

Beautiful location, gorgeous interiors with log burning fire. The service was really good. We visited on 2nd Jan. It was a very young guy who served us, didn't catch his name, unfortunately. Pity about my seabass meal as it was poor. I would visit again as my husband enjoyed his lasagne.
Restaurant had a nice diverse menu, I only wish the curry had a bit more flavour and the dessert order didn’t get lost despite it not being busy.

A whole bunch of great dishes, all the other three dishes that my friend took were great. I took the Shepard's Schnitzel and it was very good. The price was very fair (13/14£ for that dish in the picture).
The mood is wonderful, very warm and pleasant place, it can be good for an almost romantic dinner and perfect for a friend gathering. The position is great and the staff is very friendly.

Lovely warm & hearty Sunday lunch. Rowan was a super server and was attentive making sure all was ok with our meal. Not enough room for dessert unfortunately! Really enjoyed. Thank you.
Jeff was extremely friendly, the service was brilliant not rushed which was really nice! Extremely dog friendly providing water and making us feel at home with our four legged friends. The food was brill and reasonably priced and we also had some recommendations on meals which was nice! Accommodating for walk inns too whilst we were here 👌 We would come again if we were in the area.
