Visited Bombay Jocks along with my wife, whilst on a short pre-Christmas break in Balloch. The interior is very smart and pleasant, with a somewhat contemporary feel, with decor alluding to a Scottish connection, with subtle tartan to the seats throughout. The Staff were wonderfully friendly, and moreover, knowledgeable as to the dishes, and Donna gave me much needed advice for a fussy eater like me. Jack, her young assistant, was polite and friendly, and very helpful also. The dishes themselves were superb, but I must warn readers right away, that the portions are very generous indeed. Our starter of Chicken Pakora was excellent, but near a main meal in it's own right. Our main courses were equally exceptional, but once again substantial in size. They were flavoursome, and well presented, but left us feeling very guilty that we could not finish them, due to their sheer size. I would therefore urge anyone visiting, or living near Balloch, to give Bombay Jocks a try - you absolutely won't be disappointed. But the best advice I can give you, is be mindful of the size, and don't over-order... They really are substantial and generous servings! And of course, superb tasting too! Our thanks to Donna, Jack, and the Staff therefore for a wonderful Christmas Break meal! We will assuredly be back!

Quality of the food was excellent. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The members of staff that served was very pleasant. We will use again.

Excellent. Nice restaurant close to local amenities. Good food for available prices, The waiter was very kind, polite and helped us with our wee bairn. Highly recomended

Staff were so polite and helpful, food was really tasty although we did have to wait longer than you would normally
