We got served by a lovely, friendly young lady with beautiful butterfly tattoo's and stunning eyes. Doing a great job in (what I imagine) is a very hot/uncomfortable environment. She's doing a great job and could teach a lot of people about customer service. Well done :)

Like most people I love a big mac like it even better with warm chips 🍟 but that doesn't happen very often and why iam being charged 10 pence for a bag I don't need and don't want even when I say I don't need a bag when I get round to pay for my order I have noticed 10 pence extra has been added along with a paper bag that I didn't ask for in fact said I don't want but still 10 pence added so what I do now is make them take it off at the till they don't like that especially if it's someone who doesn't even know how to take it off then they have to go and get a manager which holds the que up do I care care not a jot and if you add up all those paper bags over 1 year it comes to over 45 pounds a year just in paper bags which by the way are recyclable ♻️ 100% so why iam being charged 10 pence and yes if you have done the maths I use macdonalds at least 3 times a day that's 30 pence a day just on paper bags that I don't want so come on macdonalds if I say I Don't want a paper bag and don't need a paper bag then please don't give me one cause its no worth 10 pence I know its a government thing but am still not paying 10 pence for a paper bag that's my winge for the day have a nice day 😉

Thank you so much to the McDonald’s team who were fantastic at looking after our Girlguiding group last night. We arrived with an order for 47 people and they coped brilliantly and quickly. We were amazed they managed to find seating for all of us as well. Well done to you all!

Went for a McDonalds a couple of weeks ago in Dumbarton and the food was barely warm. We weren't going to go again for a while, but we decided to give the Balloch McDonalds a go. Food was great. Tasted freshly cooked and staff even took trays to empty them, and seemed glad to help. Probably the way it is managed.... Big thumbs up to the Ballocg branch
