Called in yesterday at this wee place and we ordered a "pot of mussles" from the seafood section on the menu and this was promptly delivered along with warm crusty bread to our table. I was amazed at how a simple pot of mussles could be transformed into a mouth watering meal, the chef here most certainly has the magic touch ! The sauce and crusty bread was fantastic and certainly complimented the mussels. The service was excellent and and the staff friendly, what more could you ask for? Will certainly be making a return visit

Great place for food and a drink, staff all very helpful and friendly, good food at a very reasonable price and very little air miles to get the raw ingredients (as I asked our server were they sourced their produce)

I emailed a few days ago to ask about Vegan options and Cormac could not have been more accomodating. He emailed back with three options that all sounded delicious. I opted for the vegan shepherds pie and sweet potato fries which was super tasty. The portions are huge and my two friends also enjoyed their meals. I really appreciated having several options (although I had to decide on this in advance). Friendly and welcoming place would definitely recommend!

Had another really tasty meal here today. Chowder the best I've tasted- would give Ballyliffin award winner a run for their money! Love the sourdough bread too. Very comfortable and welcoming place, great staff. Thanks again☺

Ate and drank in O'Connor's Bar several times during a recent trip to Ballycastle. The service is spot on, as is the Guinness and the food is even more spot on. Cannot fault it. Thank you to the lovely girls and guys for making us feel so welcome.

Popped in for a meal with my mum (who has been a number of times) this evening. Lovely decor inside. Really loved the booths and the Bushmills bar stools! Food was absolutely delicious. Goujons and Hake were gorgeous and the portions were very generous. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Look forward to my next visit. Couldn't fault it!

Great food and place to watch the soccer game! The food was delicious. There was a seafood chowder that was loaded with good stuff and so good. Seafood pasta and double burger were both in point as well. Easy walking distance on the main road in town.

The chowder (£14) was absolutely amazing, loaded with so much seafood and a lovely creamy broth. It was absolutely delightful and the best seafood chowder that I've had, can't reccomend it enough. The hot seafood platter (£23) was great too, the crab claws were big and meaty. Best meal on my ballycastle trip.

We pretty much stumbled upon O'Connor's bar walking down Ann St while on our tour of Northern Ireland's coastal route and decided to pop in for a quick "refueling". I have to say we are all very positively surprised to have found this wee gem. I ordered a potato and leek soup which was lovely, served with a side of sour dough bread. Some of my mates got a seafood chowder and they were really satisfied with it too.

Wonderful Sunday lunch - winner, winner, chicken dinner. Great amount of veg, gravy, potatoes (roast and mash) and lovely bacon wrapped, sage and onion stuffed chicken. Add a reasonably priced, tasty glass of Pinot Grigio and finish with an Irish coffee made by Coleen.... perfect. There's a lovely fire in the stoves (front and back bar), a game (football, ruby, GAA, etc) in the TV and really friendly, helpful staff. Lovely.

Recommended by a local serving in the pharmacy and glad they did. Food, staff and armosphere was brilliant. If I ever venture to Ballycastle again I'll not be passing by. I would go as far as to say the highlight of my trip. Brian (Annalong)

Stopped en route, really hungry after long walks. It was a random choice and oh my, what a jackpot. Added to a great day. Nice fresh food, really well cooked. We had mussels, seafood platter (prawns to die for) and a curry - all very tasty and good value for money. Staff very nice too. Will have to go back there next time we're around.

Sister recommended this place after she had an amazing lunch here. We decided to give it a try. We were welcomed as soon as we came in the door and we were seated and had our order taken relatively quickly. I ordered the chilli chicken pitta and my boyfriend ordered the seafood platter. Well.... this was the best meal we have had in a long time! Everything was delicious!! Especially the tobacco onions! Staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be back again 😊

After a long, full moonlit walk along the beach, we had a delightful meal in a very welcoming, homely environment. The ambience & comfort of O'connors was only surpassed by the attentive & professional performance of the staff at all levels. A very enjoyable experience.

I ordered the Sea Food Linguine and was very impressed at the result. Some months ago I was disappointed at this dish and I give it another try and was glad I did. Plenty of crab meat and a nice depth of spicy hot aftertaste. Well done O'Connors I will be back....
