Rococo is one of my favourite places to eat in town. The owners and staff could not be any more warm and welcoming. I planned my father's 60th Birthday in the restaurant a while back and they bent over backwards to help, even offering to collect the cake from a local bakery for me. The food is fantastic and they have a great selection, not just for adults but also for kids. My personal favourite is the pan fried chicken - it is unbelievably tasty. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This is our place for any meal, we never have any issues, but it's usually just me and hubby, so it was odd for us yesterday to have the 2 smaller ones of our 4 kids, with a double buggy, we were seated at a 6+ seat table, we then decided to move to a 4 seat table and use 2 high chairs, none of this was any hassle to any of the staff, they were more than helpful, in every way, food was lovely as always, I've never had any complaints kids or no kids, it's still our preferred eating place.
From past experiences in The Roc, I can only declare my sincere need to get back asap lol. Unreal grub, situated in mid-town perfectly and also staff and owners are top notch.

Thought I had rated Rococo ages ago, so I have been a customer of Rococo since it opened and can honestly say I have never had a bad meal or bad service. Would highly recommend 5*

Went today for lunch for the first time and the food was amazing service was fast and so so polite to both the men! Husband is from newcastle and hes been after a good pub lunch for a year and he said hes found it��! We will 100% be back!
Chinese Chicken has to be the best in the town. Not often I dine out but when I do it has to be Rococo.
Always my number 1 stop for a family get together when visiting home from Canada. Best food and atmosphere in Ballymena.
We had lunch here, friendly waitress. Extensive menu. I had pasta carbonate and garlic bread. Huge portion, lots of tender chicken too much pasta penned and not enough sauce but tasty. My son had chicken fillet on champ with white wine sauce, he said it was OK. Lovely looking desserts on display. But we had such large lunch portions, we were good. Nice place, we will return to try more off the menu. Reasonably priced.

We were just passing through Ballymena after going up Slemish and chose this restaurant randomly. The place is big and the staff were very friendly. We got a Sunday menu for £25 (3 courses) and the meat platter. Everything was very tasty and we left feeling satisfied! Highly recommended
This venue was great. We rocked up without a booking. Was met with a smile 😃 and "No problem" was seated and order taken. The food was 5***** Staff were polite friendly and nothing was to much trouble. When we come back to NI We will definitely come again. Thanks again. Keep up the good work.

Went shopping in Ballymena and decided to go for something to eat. Popped into this wee place as it was close by and had plenty of parking near hand. First impressions were good and greeted by a lovely member of staff. Seated at a table close to door which wasn't an issue. The issue was the dust and cobweb hanging from picture right above our table along with a lot of dirty marks on the wall. Definitely hasn't seen a duster in a while. There was a 30-40 min wait on food which again wasn't a problem. When food arrived, my chicken was burnt slightly as was the bacon. One item from my chicken maryland was missing (sausage) but I never complained. Besides that the food was very nice. Would I go again......probably not!!!
1st time in this restaurant today. Food was amazing, delicious, tasty and tender. The deserts were equally delicious. Excellent portion sizes and very good value for money. The staff were lovely, warm, attentive and friendly. First class! 👍😊❤️
Loved the food & service. Amazing gluten free options. Just need a separate fryer fir gluten free chips etc. Will definitely be back.

I could give perfect 👌 5-star if only i didn't got turned off with those stained cups. The excuse they gave me when i asked for a clean cup, apparently it's just a tea stained cups..
Called in tonight for food, the young guy that served us was a total gentleman, so attentive and we'll mannered , he is a real asset to your restaurant. Food was exceptional we will definitely be back 😋.
