Food very nice and friendly staff. My Granddaughter says it is her favourite restaurant as she loves the hot chocolate. We call every time we are in Ballymena

The food is delicious, whether you're eating breakfast, lunch or just coffee and a dessert ,it's all lovely, really nice staff,very helpful, nothing was to much bother, the place is also Clean and tidy .

Visited Sorrento for lunch. Menu had a load of options, staff were pleasant and helpful, food was excellent quality. Prices very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very impressed.
Up shopping in Ballymena so called in, knew I wanted a toastie so lovely lady behid the counter gave me several suggestions as if I was the only person in the place! The array of food looked great, fresh and hot. Many thanks.
Excellent little restaurant for a quick bite. The food is always great and quite a good selection of it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Crayons and paper available for young kids and high chairs for the younger ones.
