modern bright interior, with friendly staff, we had booked our table and was actually quite busy when we arrived. Menu was great with quite a selection for those who need gluten free options, and a separate specials selection available too, and bar for those with a thirst.
I must say I was really impressed with the variety, presentation of our food and portion size and would definitely recommend Zinc as a destination for a decent meal at reasonable cost

Great place!! Totally chance finding from Google Maps when travelling via Ballymoney. Beautiful food, buzzing atmosphere, great service by lovely people. Not usual pub grub or typical restaurant menu just lovely home made food. Great value and thoroughly recommended!

A fitting last night in Ballymoney. Finally got to try champ, which was good and was surprised to find chocolate in the apple crumble, but it worked well. Anywhere where you get both custard and ice cream has to be worth a visit.

Amazing find in Balleymoney. Honestly, the reviews were fantastic, but we were not expecting much. Oh how we were wrong.
The interior is nice and very trendy with lots of colors. The staff were amazing. They literally appeared to be enjoying their job with smiles on their faces and laughter.
The food. While we both had the Fish & Chips, it was wonderful. Fresh, flakey, and the batter was crisp. And it comes with mushy peas. Which I have tried all over Ireland and England are honestly horrific. But Zinc's, were different. Almost like they used the petite peas which gave them a fresh and sweet flavor. I'd eat them as a full side dish if they all tasted like Zinc's.

I'd have to admit that the steak I had here is the best steak I've ever had in a restaurant, cooked to perfection, beautiful meal,friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
