The Pantry - Bamburgh - Photo album

This place is a small corner shop with no seating. The food is refreshingly reasonable in price given the Bamburgh tax that seems to exist everywhere else in the village. Made to order sandwiches are the mainstay of the menu, complimented by freshly baked pies, pasties and quiches. Coffee is from a
We bought an individual quiche, pepper and broccoli and pork pie to supplement our picnic. Very very tasy indeed, thank you. Lovely light and super crispy pastry, no soggy bottoms here, best quiche I've eaten in ages !
Had a lovely crab roll and hot chocolate from here. The lady serving was friendly and gave us some information about places to visit whilst holidaying in the area. If in the area again, I would go again.
Always Cycle to Bamburgh when staying in the Area. We never miss calling into The Pantry. Coffee is Excellent & the Sandwiches are really good value for money. Ham is Home Cooked , not the Plastic Variety. My Husband loves the Kipper in a Bun.
Patronised this establishment for many years . Never disappointed icecream in my opinoin best in northumberland. Great selection of products including local produce. Thanks for all your efforts
We love Bamburgh ❤️ visited The Pantry today, had the best sandwich and beautiful red velvet cake, Thank you to the lovely lady who served us,
Had a tea and freshly made good sized sandwich, both spot on, which is great in respect to the tea as these can be hit and miss. Good choice of coffees also. Very clean and a lovely polite lady serving. Currently only one person allowed in the shop at a time. Good value for money.
Went to Bamburgh today and called into The Pantry. The lady behind the counter was lovely and the sandwiches were amazing. You couldn't of bought the amount of ham in a supermarket for the price I paid for it. My wife's sandwich was amazing too. Didn't get time to visit Castle so going again on Frid
Decent brew in a decent location in Bamburgh. Parking in the area generally seems to be a bit of a nightmare, but we found parking by the Grace Museum and walking down was fine. The Pantry is doing it's very best during the pandemic, so expect a short queue... it's worth it!!!
My husband came in for a piece of carrot cake for me on bank holiday Monday. He had the clown mask on which the lady thought was funny ….. I think. Anyway the carrot cake was the best I have ever had, please can I have the recipe. Thank you 😊
